COVID 19 Signs and Symptoms

COVID-19 affects different people in different ways. Infected people have had a wide range of symptoms reported – from mild symptoms to severe illness.

Symptoms may appear 2-14 days after exposure to the virus. The following are COVID 19 symptoms:  

 Fever or chills

Cough

Shortness of breath or difficulty breathing

Fatigue

Muscle or body aches

Headache

New loss of taste or smell

Sore throat

Congestion or runny nose

Nausea or vomiting

Diarrhea

COVID19 Student Reporting Line

GPISD has established a phone reporting line for staff and students to report signs and symptoms of COVID19 as well as confirmed cases of COVID 19. This line is staffed by GPISD Nurses and is available seven days a week from 5:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m.
